- You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before your next order date. Just send us an email to support@epicwaterfilters.com or log into your account to cancel or update your subscription
- A recurring charge will be automatically applied to the card used to place your initial order
- There is no fee to sign up or cancel, no minimum term for your subscription and no minimum purchase requirement
- Prioritized shipping: We will ensure that if there are any stockouts or logistical delays, your order will leave our warehouse first

How often should you replace filters:
Bottle Filter: Every 3 to 4 Months
Pitcher/Dispenser Filter: Every 2 to 5 Months
Epic Smart Shield: Every 10 to 14 Months
